This last October we got word that our landlord was foreclosing and we would once again ned to move before we could be in a position to buy a home.  That same day I was told about Sam and his program and thought we would give it a try.  

Sam got in touch with us in just one day after we sent him an email enquiring about his program. I had spoken to others about similar programs but most seemed just as complicated as buying a house the conventional way and and Sam's program right off the bat was different starting with his sincere caring for our situation and his "let's get started right away" attitude. One feature that makes this program different was that we were not limited to a list of homes that we had to pick from, we were able to search though any listing and find something that would suit our family and our needs, ultimately we decided which homes to put offers on and how much we wanted to offer! We did a lot of looking and through the process Sam was so supportive, positive and patient with us. His professionalism and work ethic are unmatched in this difficult industry and his vast knowledge was so helpful, we never felt in the dark as he was always in contact with us whenever there was any news or progress. To be honest I kept waiting for "the catch" and there never was one it was that easy and upfront, no last minute fine print or extra conditions!

After some time and searching we finally found the home that was perfect for us and at the right price, we were not the only ones who wanted that home I might add but Sam went to bat for us and knew how to make the proper negotiations and ultimately got our name to the top of the list and helped us get the home of our dreams!

We just moved in to our new home and can now move on with our lives and make the personal touches that make this place our very own! I will gladly be referring friends and family to Sam for years to come because honesty trust and integrity are so hard to come by these days and I know that anyone who uses this program will have everything they need to make their home buying dreams a reality!
