We will list your home for 1%. That 1% will provide you with all the services you would expect from a full-service agent. We recommend offering a full 3% to the buyer's agent (you would be surprised how many buyer's agents steer their clients based on the homes that they receive the best commissions). However, if the buyer works directly with us, then we will credit them 2% of that commission. That will mean you can command a higher selling price.
