We are part of the real estate revolution!  We believe that the typical 5-6% commissions that a seller needs to pay to sell a home are egregious.  These high commissions stymie the flow of property from the hands of sellers to buyers.  Discount brokerages have started to make in-roads in populous areas such as the Bay Area in California.  We plan to bring low commissions and top-notch service to rural areas throughout the state of California.

Currently tight credit markets are also constricting the flow of real property into the hands of interested buyers.  We are also purchasing properties on behalf of clients and then optioning the properties back to them.  This gives the clients a couple of years to clean up their credit and then purchase the home when mortgages are more readily available.
Sam Hales: Broker, Managing Partner (DRE #01482469).  Sam Hales is a Wharton MBA with a major in Finance.  Sam received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.  Sam has been an active real estate investor for the past 10+ years.  He has always been disgruntled with the high commissions he was charged as a seller. Sam originally obtained his broker's license simply so that he could avoid all of the high commissions on his personal transactions.  
 
Stan Hoer, Agent, General Partner (DRE #01878308).  Stan Hoer received an Industrial Technology BS degree (and Italian AA degree) from Brigham Young University.  Stan, a licensed General Contractor, has over 30 years of experience in the building industry and over 20 years of experience in land acquistion, division, and development.  Initially interested in receiving his real estate license to save himself a bundle in development costs for a local subdivision he is the managing partner for, he is equally as interested in the opportunity to save clients substantial time and money in their real estate transactions.
